Do you need some guidance on how to start an exercise program or how to step up your game and get to the next level in your overall health?  

 

Christina Sullivan is an American Council on Exercise certified fitness professional as well as ACE certified Health Coach with a bachelors in Psychology.   Providing health and wellness coaching services specializing in yoga, pilates, healthy weight management, self care, stress reduction, healthy movement, and mindfulness.

 

The core of this philosophy is conscientious healthful living without starvation, over-exercising or fad dieting.  We will inspire you to broaden your perspective of what physical and mental wellness looks like.   No one size fits all dieting or self-deprivation diets.  You will learn to enjoy real, delicious food and a lifestyle transformation system to make the what, when, and why of eating for lifestyle wellness stick.

 

In addition to working on the physical component of your wellness, we will also partner with you to help you improve your emotional well-being, reduce stress, and make positive, lasting changes in your diet and lifestyle.

Similar to a blind date, we encourage potential clients to briefly discuss their current state of health and wellness and where they desire to be.  It will help us to explore your motivation and desire to make behavior & lifestyle changes necessary to transform your life.  Being a good fit matters for results to take place.
